Pools were large and clean. Nice size spa pools. Room was very clean and contained everything in the listing. Staff was friendly. Woman at check in was very nice and helpful. Staff not overly strict on the kids in the pool area, but would enforce rules if problems arose. Loved the layout of the condo. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. The condo was very clean. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Maintenance resolved our air conditioning problem in literally under 20 minutes from being notified. Staff did work hard to fill main pool even though there was a pump problem.

I loved the room set-up, loved the pools and tiki hut! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very convenient access to the beach too!

I liked everything from the kind and helpful staff ms. Janet who works up front in office made us feel welcome soon as we came in office told us if we needed anything be sure to reach out as well as our advisor Ivy who checked on us everyday incase we needed anything at all. I liked the pools they were perfect for kids and adults had a 3ft part and also a 5ft part for adults and hot tubs were good and relaxing also tiki bar was good to have near pools if u wanted a drink and also a beautiful view of the beach from our condo balcony especially at sunset it was an experience I'll never forget and it won't be my last at paradise resort😁👍

Everything. The room was beautiful. We had two -2 bedroom suites. We had a mini family reunion. 5 from New york, 2 from North Carolina, and 2 from Mississippi. It was great. My sister and her kids had a room on the 15th floor, and we had one on the 7th. It was great that my dad (ny) and his sister(Mississippi) got to stay in the same suite and spend so much time together. My parents and my aunt and uncle were on the balcony most of the time . They all miss the view and sounds of the waves!!

The apartment setting was great for us. We had a family reunion and it was large enough to accommodate us all. We were able to eat in together and save some money while we visited with all 3 families. The room was large enough that we weren't all in a tight wade and crowded. There were 3 children and 6 adults. The room was also provided with a washing machine so we didn't have to pack too many clothes for the whole time. Especially with little ones. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies so we didn't have to bring too many things. The double balcony was nice, everyone could sit outside and watch the waves and the people.

I liked how Paradise Resort was more like a friend than a hotel. Even with their AI text service I was really impressed with everything about Paradise Resort. For some services when you give them a number they will text you with random, unhelpful and uncoordinated messages. Not Paradise Hotel. Their staff, and even their concierge style AI was perfectly mannered. Both were helpful, informed, responsive, and present without being overbearing or annoyingly so.
